A non‑refundable $20 deposit is required to secure all appointments and is applied to your total on the day of service. All payments and deposits are non‑refundable. Card and cash are accepted, with a 2% surcharge applied to card transactions. Full payment is required at the time of your appointment.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to a future booking; changes within 24 hours forfeit the deposit. A 10‑minute grace period is provided, with late fees applied after 5 and 10 minutes. Arrivals beyond 10 minutes without communication result in cancellation. To maintain a calm and hygienic environment, no extra guests are permitted.
